About Hattons 

Daniel and Lisa Hatton opened the doors of Hattons in the summer of 2016. Originally from a classical chef background, Daniel trained with Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White. He later moved back to his hometown of Tunbridge Wells, joining the team at Thackerays where as Head Chef, he led his team to win a Michelin Star.


Lisa and her passion for all things homely and eye for interiors, along with Daniel’s immense food background was where the idea of putting the two together came from, creating Hattons as it is now!
