About The Event
Chef Proprietor Daniel Hatton and his Head Chef Harvey take us on a journey around this beautiful country, on this special evening we shall be taking these rustic country dishes full of flavour and giving them the 'Hattons' twist.
A full wine list will be available on the evening a long with a wine flight - each course served with a wine recommendation, which can be purchased separately on the night.
Portuguese Supper club
Mussels and Clams
Cooked in Douro White Wine with Garlic and Coriander and served with some warmed Sourdough Bread
Piri Piri Chicken
Marinated Cornfed Chicken, served Lime Yoghurt, spices and braised corn, finished with Crispy Chicken Skin
Roasted Beef Sirloin
Slow Cooked Onions with Bay Leaf and served with Potatoes Roasted in Garlic and Paprika
Portuguese Custard Tart 'Pastel de Nata'
Fresh Raspberries , Toasted Almonds, Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream
Price is per person for the 4 course meal.
Optional Wine Flight can be purchased on the evening for an additional cost
