Using the finest beef fillet Daniel is creating his incredible Beef Wellington dish.
Wrapping the beef wellington in wild mushrooms, pancakes amd then all butter puff pastry, to complete the meal you shall also receive buttered winter greens, smoked bacon & roasted chesnuts. classic French Dauphinoise potatoes layered in infused garlic & cream and a red wine gravy.
To complete this fantastic meal, we are also throwing in a cracking bottle of French Pinot Noir!
