Hattons was created in 2016 by Lisa and Daniel Hatton, Lisa and Daniel wanted a change in direction and to focus their love of food, coffee and homewares in the much loved Pantiles

After many years within the hospitality industry Daniel had achieved many accolades including a Michelin star in 2013. Daniel wanted to simplify his food style focusing on the food seasons in the area, using the very best produce available.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience in design and management to the company and is the organ grinder to all things Hattons including the running of their other business The Wine Rooms, as well as the full time carer to their son Elliott.
