Homemade pork and thyme stuffing, braised red cabbage, heritage carrots and Yorkshire puddings, pigs in blankets, duck fat roasties, Smoked Pancetta and chestnut sprouts.

To complete your meal cranberry sauce, bread sauce and a rich veal jus.
