What can you expect from the evening?
A relaxed evening with a 4 course dinner cooked by our chef Harvey and his team.
Harvey has created and bespoke 4 course menu for you to enjoy celebrating some of the very best dishes, as we close in on the big day!
Along side you will be able to enjoy an optional wine flight, Daniel and his wine team and matched each dish with some of the best wines in our collection.

Treacle and Whisky Cured salmon
Smoked Salmon Mouse, Pickled Fennel and Clementine salad
Ballotine of Free Range Goose
Cranberry and Pistachio Stuffing, Salt baked Carrot Puree,
